We regret to inform you that we will be introducing a levy to the regional areas of Australia.
Prices on the website historically have included free delivery to all of Australia; however, in an effort to keep prices down for the majority of clients, we are introducing a levy to those who require delivery to the regional areas of Australia. We have tried very hard to delay the introduction of this decision, but the cost to these areas is becoming excessive.
These areas will include the following.
- Northern Territory in its entirety,
- parts of Queensland,
- Parts of Western Australia.
- Parts of New South Wales.
- Parts of South Australia
- Parts of Victoria.
- Parts of Tasmania
The cost of the levy will be based on the gross weight of the product and the areas to which the product is delivered, and will be dependent on postcode zones as stipulated by Australia Post and will vary as to your location.
How Long Will My Order Take To Get To Me?
We use Australia Post eParcel system to deliver our products. Normal delivery times can be calculated from the Metro Area of Brisbane to you.
In normal circumstances Standard Post items are approximate and will vary depending on seasonal peaks and other unforeseen circumstances and are as follows:
Qld 1-3 working days
NSW/ACT 2-3 working days
SA/TAS 3-5 working days
WA 5-7 working days
NT 5-7 working days
Vic 2-4 working days
Can We Track Our Order?
Once the order is complete, we add a Tracking number which is sent in the confirmation email. The Tracking number is an Active Link in a box at the top of the script detailing your order.
Do I Have To Be In To Receive My Parcel?
All orders are dispatched on a ‘signed for delivery’ service. In the ‘checkout page’ you can however one of a number of pre selected Australia Post approved requests for where the delivery is to be left (please note this is at your risk)
Do You Deliver To PO Boxes?
Yes – any order can be delivered to a PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers and Parcel Collect.
Discreet Delivery Options
We make every effort to dispatch your products discreetly.
Products are normally delivered by Australia post and you can have them delivered anywhere where Australia Post goes; occasionally we may use other freight companies which may be more competitive than the Post and if this is the case we will opt for Authority to Leave at your address to avoid further re-delivery costs or collection from their depot.

Parcel Lockers which are a fairly new facility and are ideal for discreet delivery of the product if you are in a Metro area. Simply register on line via www.auspost.com.au/parcel-lockers and follow the instructions. Once registered you will receive a unique Customer Number and simply use this address for your delivery. It is simple, free and discreet.
We are pleased to be able to ship outside of Australia and have recently added destination countries to our list but these are at an additional price. Prices on our website are shown and charged in Australian Dollars.

Shipping to New Zealand can be quite inexpensive – especially below 2kg weight.
Shipping will be sent via the premium International Express (EMS) service
We take no responsibility in any way for loss or tracking for any for the product once it has left our warehouse and has been lodged with Australia Post. Any local fees (if any) on arrival in the country destination (Taxes etc). are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid prior to successful delivery and we will not accept returns from overseas.
Transit times will vary from country to country, and standard post can take up to 2 weeks to arrive in some destinations.
We have to fill out Customs forms prior to departure of your package and are required to document the contents. We will use the term Unisex clothing whatever is ordered.
